Cookie policy

Here we explain what cookies are, which ones we use on fumotarnobrzeg.pl and how you can manage your consent.

Last updated: 12 August 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device while you browse the site. The localStorage and sessionStorage technologies work similarly and are also covered by this policy.

First-party storage is placed by MB GASTRO Michał Blicharz, pl. Bartosza Głowackiego 43, 39-400 Tarnobrzeg, NIP 8672148931, REGON 528065249.

2. Legal basis

Storing information on your device and accessing it requires your consent under Art. 173 of the Polish Telecommunications Act. Consent is not required for files strictly necessary to deliver the service you requested. Related personal data is processed under Art. 6(1)(a) or (f) GDPR.

3. Cookies used on this site

  • Strictly necessary — keep the site working and remember your cookie decision. We store a “fumo_cookie_consent” entry in your browser's local storage for up to 12 months. No consent required.
  • Third-party (Google Maps) — the map is embedded from Google servers and, once loaded, Google may set its own cookies (e.g. NID, CONSENT) lasting around 6 months or longer. We load the map only after your consent; until then you see a placeholder with a “Show map” button.
  • Analytics and marketing — we do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or tracking tools. We use Google Search Console, which relies on aggregated data and does not store cookies on your device.

4. Managing your consent

On your first visit we show a banner where you can accept third-party cookies or keep only the necessary ones. You can change your decision at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer, which withdraws your consent going forward.

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Restricting them may affect parts of the site, such as the map.

5. More information

How we process personal data, your rights and our contact details are described in the Privacy policy.
