Terms of service

1. General provisions

The service provider and website owner is MB GASTRO Michał Blicharz, pl. Bartosza Głowackiego 43, 39-400 Tarnobrzeg, NIP 8672148931, REGON 528065249, e-mail: kontakt@fumotarnobrzeg.pl, phone 661 562 680.

These terms are provided free of charge in a form that allows them to be downloaded, stored and printed, as required by the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

Using the website means accepting these terms.

2. Scope of services

• Information about the FUMO restaurant, including the menu, opening hours and contact details — free of charge, provided while you browse the site.
• Contact form — free of charge, allowing you to send us a message.
• Online table booking — free of charge. A booking covers the selected time and number of guests. We hold the table for 15 minutes from the booking time; without notice of a delay, we may then release it to other guests. A booking can be cancelled using the individual link in the confirmation e-mail.

3. No online sales

The website is not an online shop and does not allow sales contracts or online payments. Delivery orders are handled by the external Glovo platform under its own terms and privacy policy. The menu and prices shown are informative and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code.

4. Technical requirements

• a device with internet access,
• an up-to-date browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled,
• an active e-mail account when using the contact form.

5. Rules of use

Providing unlawful content is prohibited, in particular content that is offensive, infringes personal rights or copyright, or breaches the law, as is any activity that disrupts the website.

You may stop using the website at any time by closing the page.

6. Intellectual property

Content, photographs, logos and the layout of the website are protected by copyright belonging to the service provider or its partners. Copying or distributing them without permission is not allowed.

7. Complaints

Complaints about the website can be sent to kontakt@fumotarnobrzeg.pl or in writing to our registered address, including your contact details and a description of the issue. We respond within 14 days.

Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution, including the ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

8. Personal data

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy policy, and the use of cookies in the Cookie policy.

9. Final provisions

We may amend these terms for important reasons, in particular changes in law or in the scope of our services. Amended terms apply from the day they are published on this page.

Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law.
